Should we be reporting hackers, spammers, or whatever these dirtbags are? A reply to an older post, "Top 5 Characters" under Comic Discussion, was a poorly worded restate of my comment. Obvious AI or spammer. I did hit the "report post" button but since it doesnt have the ability to explain why I reported Im not sure it would be understood why its reported.
thanks

well firstly, this is the wrong forum for this, should go in Q&A. and yes the spammers should be reported, but the button doesn't seem to be working for me like it used--no popup to confirm the action (THAT would be an 'Issues' post since it's a tech prob), and I reported that to the powers that be a while back. did you get the popup? and the report goes to admins who will read the post and see the spam links, but it would be helpful if the popup had a message panel to explain things for clarity. I just message Ronbatman about spammers and he zaps them. edited by collectibleshop on 7/13/2026

No pop-up. I messaged him once on the topic and it sounded like they had it covered so I dont want to flood his in-box. Seems to be quite a few spammers n scammers lately, I assume they have an AI to try to ruin something good.

if there's no popup, then we have no idea if the automated report goes thru. so what is it you think they have covered? they rely on members to report this stuff, and seems Ron is the only or 1 of the few who has the authority to remove posts and ban members (I've asked if anyone else can, don't get a reply), so best to tell him directly till they get the report to mod thing working again.
