Contacted CPG regarding my Gold Membership listed as Bronze and have not received a response regarding this. Has anyone else experienced this inconvenience and is there a number to contact custome service?

David,
It looks like you paid in March for a monthly membership and then got a refund. I don't see any other payments.

Ron is it possible there is a problem with the auto pay? Possibly showing incorrect refunds? For my recent problem you said I had a 2024 payment refunded but my paypal doesnt reflect that, it does show the payment for that year.

When I have time Ill send a screen shot to customer service.
