Do you have a paper cutter handy? If I don't need the size board that I have, I trim them to the correct size I need them for the bags I have. You should only have to trim the long edge, as most boards for length fit most bags.

There are fixes out there if needed, cutting magazine bags in half the short way will give you bags that fit in the mini-comic digest size bags if you only need a few. Treasury sized boards (or were they poster boards) also can be cut to fit smaller bags, I don't remember what size I made them into, just that after I used what I needed, I was able to convert to a size I could use.

Then there must be bags out there. Not sure why I'm having such a hard time finding them. Maybe I need to search for Golden Age bags. I guess most of my comics are Silver Age (? '70s and '80s), so I didn't even realize I was buying cardboard that none of my bags would fit.

7.5" would be for Golden Age comics. They'll work with comics from the late 30s to mid 50s. With the bags to match of course.
I've also used them for smaller magazines (like Wizard).

I bought a pack of boards at a semi-local store. I didn't know until I got home that they wouldn't fit in any of my bags. They are 7.5" wide. I can't even find bags online that are that wide. Am I just blind?
