I had 50 comics in my boxes.... in Aug, I became a Bronze member, and over the next few months added half my collection to file boxes During the holidays, I stepped away due to work, family and, well, the chaos of the holidays Came back on today to finish the last two pages of books I needed to price... AND EVERYTHING IS GONE! no listings, no boxes, NOTHING! What happened? There are no notices in my email to give me a hint if there was a problem... I dread the thought of having to start ALL OVER AGAIN. What happened? Where in cyber-space did my info go? And how can I get it back?

continuing from last night's post ----- I originally had several HUNDRED comics listed, priced and in my boxes Valued at at lease $2000 The boxes, and the comics listed are ALL GONE From August til November, (i upgraded to a Gold membership), I priced, and added comics to my boxes. From November til last night (Jan 12) I was occupied with family, holidays, cooking and work - unable to do anything with CPG Last night, I logged in, planning to finish adding the last 3 pages of graded comics - to discover that the previous 3 months worth of work WAS GONE Where did it go - and why? If there was a problem, I received no emails from CPG to alert me. And now I'm no longer a Gold member. What is going on? edited by KCCat on 1/13/2026

And the Saga Continues...... I just checked my Paypal account ---- monthly payments have been made to CPG since August, for Gold membership.... so why am I now only a Bronze? Why am I paying for Gold membership if I'm getting Bronze limitations? And why were my listings and boxes wiped out? Is that also one of the "benefits" of Gold membership?

Ron did get back to me - I am probably using the wrong login/password Unfortunately, I can't change the password until I can get into my gmail account -- and poor internet service won't let me into my gmail.account ARGHHHH! But hopefully, tech support will help me get in tomorrow Thanks to all who have tried to help

I'm back - and so are my boxes and all my comics - all 990 of them (so far!) Thanks to Ben, Ron and Collectibleshop who helped me with this problem Now - is there an easy way to transfer the 50 I listed under the Bronze account to my Gold account, without doing it one by one (again?)
