looks like there is a mix-up on these editions. I was logging this book in and thought 1C was it.

1A would be the regular hardback version. $49.95
1B would be the signed hardback version. $69.95
the 1C version is the HERO Initiative/Actor Edition. $49.95
It looks like the Wizard version is a later printing that was also signed.
