Hi,
Easy fix here. https://www.comicspriceguide.com/titles/action-force/pkxrh
the listing for 1987 should be changed to 1988. Its all to do with it being published in 1987 but for 1988. Same logic applies for the 1989 listing which is correct, however the publication date is 1988.
Hope this makes sense (can be confusing!)
