I added the 2nd printing for "Spawn" #5 under missing variants as it wouldnt take as a missing issue. Let me know if there is a preferred method for addind missing reprints.

you did it right using missing variant for the reprint. since the entire ISSUE is not missing, you don't use missing issue to submit reprints.
