Excel download still not functioning. I've been a paying member since 2007 but might be time to go elsewhere. That is the most useful feature for me. Not impressed with the lack of tech support recently. Not going to wait around much longer.

I looked at your account and it shows that you downloaded 4 files yesterday. I tested one today for Boom and it appeared in your messages. I'm not sure what you mean.
By the way, the forum is not the place to seek tech support. Contact customer service.
