Is there a way to authenticate a signature and/or identify who's it is by scanning it or sending a photo of it? For example, I have a Wolverine: Origin issue that I had signed at a convention years ago, but I forgot who signed it. If I had to guess I would say Jenkins, but it's hard to tell.

You can try a web search. If you use "comics paul jenkins signature" there are couple images that come up. The one here is also a Wolverine Origins signed by Kubert and Jenkins. https://www.savacoolandsons.com/item-40387.html Otherwise, the grading companies can verify if you want to spend money and get it slabbed. CGC and CBCS.

e**y is also good for finding signed issues to compare sigs. you could probably find Jenkins on some social media site and ask/post a pic.
