I just picked some issues of Adventures Into The Unknown (https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/adventures-into-the-unknown/viqv).
The covers are credited to Pete Costanza (154-156) and Jay Kafka (157-159). Reading around, looks like it was actually done by Kurt Schaffenberger, but he put the other names on them since he had an exclusive contract with DC at the time. 160 and 161 don't appear to be signed but are his work as well.
