Good morning,
I've been trying to get the RAW files for my collections, but i never receive an email for the downloads to be ready.
Been 2 days of trying. Not sure if I am doing something wrong.

Check your CPG message box for the file downloads.

The file is sent to your CPG messages and to your email address on file. Check your spam filter if you don't see it.
