I've been very active of the past couple of years buying books from multiple sellers during multiple times during the year.
What to do if you have paid for a comic that is listed by the seller as a certain book and a certain price then when you get the books the book is not in the lot and some different book is taking it's place that you didn't order.
And tried to get in touch with seller multiple times to no avail and I have dealt with this person before with NO problems in the past
I want to give this person the benefit of the doubt so how long should I give them?

If you order through a third party that has any type of guarantee they usually have a window of time that you can dispute an order. Make sure to take care of the problem in that time. If you are buying direct, I would think they should get back to you within a week. If it doesnt look like they have been posting anything new though, they could be on vacation. In that case maybe 2 1/2 weeks.

So now one can give a viable answer? I also received books that I didn't order and other that I did that were not sent

Yes but it's tricky he sent the books missing 2-3 then I got books I never ordered or got charged for I was thinking maybe a mod here could help..

it was just a suggestion maybe something happened to that person or maybe they are trying to pull something
