Does CPG have a separate listing for this book as a Mark Jewelers edition?
The Mark Jewelers edition seems to have a higher market value than the regular newsstand edition.
How much more I do not know...

it could be that no one has submitted a missing issue request. If you have that particular issue, submit it as a missing issue and it will get added.
