I attached the pic off that website too. you know YOU can submit a missing issue thru the system too? go to the title, and in the right hand column, under the green 'Create new box' label, you'll see a flag with 'Report Missing Issue.' click that and a box will pop up for you to fill in as much info as you can, and upload that pic. that gets it in the system quicker and saves them work.
