Hi.
Can you Add this Publisher to your listings, please?
Tugboat Press out of Portland, OR. The name of the comic book is 'Runner Runner' and I have issue #03 of the run.

couple things for the future... this is the wrong forum for this, you want the Database & Missing Issue forum. It's always WAY helpful to find and post a link to the title from somewhere. here's a database site that has it, with pics and the creators info, bookmark it and also comics.org (which has it, but no pics): https://leagueofcomicgeeks.com/comics/series/146791/runner-runner
also read this post about posting missing issue info: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=8 . that will help get stuff listed much faster. it may take a while, so be patient. you probably don't need to post all that info for these since they can get it from the league's site now..
