This issue in Limited to 750 and comes with a B&W Sketched Numbered COA, I know because I have two Raw copies. I recently purchased a CGC Signature version and the seller said the CGC versions do not come with the Numbered Sketch COA?? This doesn't make any sense to me, the whole reason the issue is special is because it's limited to 750, those are the ones that would be sent to CGC for grading and encapsulation, correct?? They didn't make additional copies that were only sent to CGC that weren't numbered, that doesn't make sense.
Does anyone have a CGC version of this issue that includes the COA, I need clarification on this. Thank you

When there's 'loose' inserts or prints like any COA or cards etc, CGC does NOT encapsulate those with the comic, or send them back, it's up to the submitter to keep them and ship them if they sell the graded book. This has been their policy for over 20 years. No reason that seller couldn't have kept the COA, unless he sent it in with the comic to CGC not knowing, asking, or bothering to read the instructions about that. They have too much to keep track of to set aside piles of various COA's or other loose things some comics come with. You can google around and see if someone has a CGC one with the sketch COA, but the COA will not be IN the CGC case. The 2 sold ones on e**y don't mention the sketch either, although the mycomicshop one is sold old and they removed most of the listing, so don't know what it said originally. anyone selling one that doesn't say it has or doesn't have the sketch is not being upstanding. CGC census for this Comic Mint edition says there's 84 signature series ones. Under the other 'Sketch' editions, there's more, but most of those are by various artists and have original sketches on the cover. So if you want a graded one, send in yours without the print.
