I went to add a creator to a book.
I type the name, click on it, then click on the line it goes in.
I get a popup that says "Error - Please let administration know".
The line is blank, but the entry takes, verified through the verify data page.

Same bug. I used to see it infrequently, now it is every time I add a creator.

According to our programmer this has been fixed. Please let me know via email if you still have an issue.
