Having trouble adding books the normal way (Enter grade, price paid etc...hit add ) then the page froze erased price paid and never adds the book. Talked to customer service, sent screenshots and was told to try adding individual books in the collection section. This allows me to add books individually(takes way longer) but still erases price paid. Please try to fix this problem. Communication stopped before this problem was fixed.

Are you putting in a $ before the number or just the number?

Yes I Use $. Tried without and it added the issue but not price paid. Was able to add price by editing my issue. Still took longer than the normal route.

I am currently having this same issue.
I add my books using the side toolbar, but it does not add the dollar value.
Is the solution that I need to add a $?
The $ pops up automatically if I enter a number value though...
