UPDATE: Spoke to someone from CPG via FB Messenger, all sorted now. Problem was due to a blocked IP address, so hopefully that might help others too.

Whenever you do that, there is a time when everything has to repopulate. Usually a few hours but sometimes up to 24 hours depending on where you are in the world. Because the app is tied to the website, the app was down as well
