I just upgraded this issue and my new one has a Mark Jewelers insert. My question was this in all or just certain ones?

I'll be your googleberry... short answer is no, most did NOT have the insert. Mark Jewelers inserts were in comics distributed to military bases. see this thread for places to find more info: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=15750

and Ron's response from 2020: "There is a small following of Mark Jeweler collectors and a premium. For the most part, we haven't entered them into CPG because of the newsstand vs. direct focus. Plus all the UPC codes that focus includes."
