If you can't, then find them on the net, with no watermarks, no signatures, no pro-graded ones, no bagged/boarded pics unless it's a factory polybag, and try to make sure they're a published version, not a pre-production pic (like a Previews solicitation often is), as those get changed in production all the time. Best to resize them if you can to about 500x700px, but CPG can do that too. comics.org is a good resource for ready-to-submit pics if they have them.
as for "Ex 2: issue comes up but does is not same cover." need an example. there's pic mistakes that haven't been caught from all ages, but these days for moderns there are SO many variants it's hard to keep up and get them all straight all the time, as some variations are very minor.
Nothing you can do about that except report mistake pics on the Database & Missing Issues forum.
