Dear new person,
always post a link to the CPG listing, it saves people time. this is the closest to it, for the b&w version: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/superman/5-RI-B/pipsbtv

for future reference, please read the 'Guidelines: Please Read Before Posting!' post at the top of this forum, and provide as much info as you can, it really helps admins get stuff found and listed faster: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=8
BUT, for missing variants for titles/issues CPG has, you can submit them yourself, which is how CPG prefers it be done. This is how:
Get a good square-on scan (not a camera photo), .jpg or .png format preferred, cropped to the edges of the comic. If you can't, then find them on the net, with no watermarks, no signatures, no pro-graded ones, and try to make sure they're a published version, not a pre-production pic (like a Previews solicitation often is), as those get changed in production all the time. Best to resize them if you can to about 350-400px wide, but CPG can do that too.
Use the "Report Missing Variant" function found in the listings for individual books. You must be logged in to do this.
Navigate to the specific book that is missing a variant.
Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'.
You should see a red box titled "Report Missing Variants" on the right side below any listed variants.
Clicking the box will bring up a page where you can upload the pic and enter information specific to the variant you are reporting (not all is required). This includes what it's called, price, artist, publication date, etc. This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request.

Your pic is too small, so I found and attached a better one you can copy and use. When CPG DOESN'T have a title, then you post on the forum and provide as much info/links to info as you can. If CPG has the title but is missing an issue completely, you use the 'Report Missing Issue' link at the bottom of the right column on the series listing, under the 'Create new box' button. So now ya know, have fun.

That's fine information but I'm not a new person and did all of that weeks ago with no response whatsoever and thought I'd try here. But thanks for trying to help. I do appreciate it. This seems to be happening a lot more frequently. I've run into 3 books in the last week where an issue or the entire series has yet to be added. Thinking about seeking out a new place to pay.

What most collectors don't realize is that everyone wants their specific books entered into the system. Currently, we have 1300+ variants that need to be researched, valued and approved. We have two people working on adding new books and others working on variants. A week isn't a reasonable timeframe to enter all the store variants. If that is your expectation then we aren't a good fit for you. Of course, no one else will be either.

well, you're new to posting on the forum, so figured you were new to the site. If you submitted it weeks ago via the Missing Variant feature, you don't get any 'response' from that, it just shows up in the guide when they get to it, and some stuff just gets lost in the shuffle. I just submitted it since it wasn't showing a 'pending' notice yet, so that'll save you the time to do it again.
And to add to Ron's post, the other thing many members don't know or get is that CPG doesn't get copies sent to them of every variant so they can scan them and enter the info, especially store exclusives and retailer incentives, so they have to rely on members to submit them or alert them of missing ones.
The Guidelines post could be updated with this info too, if someone has access to the 'closed' post, and that may alleviate a few of the missing variant posts here. Adding what Ron posted on his latest 'flood of variants' post on the announcement board, https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=18278#post42605 , about "please do not submit variants to my email or the forum. Use our automated system so that some people aren't jumping to the front of the line by submitting on the forum. The exception is if the title or regular issue doesn't exist in our system. We cannot expect you to submit a missing variant if the regular issue isn't there," would help people too, at least the few who bother to read the guidelines post first.

Hi there... I saw the variant submission and fixed the title. The variant you were looking for now has the correct cover in the "B" slot.
Thank you for bringing to our attention, and thank you collectibleshop for the updated image.
