Hello,
I see the Might Marvel Cook book but do not see the Mighty Marvel Superheroes Fun Book #1, #2, #3.
Also Mighty Marvel Comics Strength and Fitness book.
Looks like all are from the original Fireside book series
Are these somewhere in the database?

according to comics.org, these books don't contain at least 50% comics, so that's also CPG's threshold, so likely that's why they're not listed. more 'book' than comics. although, yes, there are other books on CPG that aren't 50% comics too, I just figure those were grandfathered in way back.

Thanks for your reply and understand CPG's threshhold.
FYI there are others like Hours of Fun with Marvel Mazes in the data base.
It would be fun to see the few other books in the Fireside series that came out at the same time, in the data base. So we collectors can keep them all together. There aren't very many of them...

that's the way the CPG database bounces over time. As noted, there's all kinds of not-50%-comics-stories books listed, but usually from years ago and they've changed their standards over time. Hell, I found a trading card set listed recently, reported it and it was removed. they list price guide mags that don't have 50% comic stories and are just price guides. plus some old catalogs for super hero stuff. so contradictions abound.

To be clear our standard since the late 90's has been 50% comic content. Over the last 25+ years admins have accidentally added books that didn't meet that criteria. We haven't "bounced over time" they were minor mistakes. Our goal is to be consistent throughout the site with all sorts of things. For example first appearance should all have this exact wording, "1st Appearance of ___________" and not First Appearance _______ or 1st _____. Consistency takes work and we are doing our best to accomplish it.
