It looks like you have 2 different issues of this miscategorized.
For Avengers #4b, under the heading, you have "Goldern Record Reprint" in the notes. The values are correct for the Golder Record Reprint copy.

Then you have Avengers #4 GOLDR - Goldern Record Reprint listed, with values for the original copy of Avengers #4.

These should be interchanged (and probably the "b" removed).

the 4B has an incorrect pic too, it's the British edition, and they have a separate listing for it ( https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/avengers-the/4/ucwtos , which has an incorrect cover price of .09 cents, but it's 9d in British money), so 4B should be removed.
and yeah, the values for the other one seem way high for a GRR reprint. and there's no listing for the 4A 1st print? it seems to be missing. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/avengers-the/sixv

It looks like someone made the main record a variant and things went haywire. I expect they wanted to update the B to the Golden Record exclusive designation. The alt pub link is also displaying again to UK edition.
Take a look and see if that is what you are expecting now.
