I knew it had to be somewhere. looked it up on comics.org, which noted it reprints Superman #32, so it's #32E: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/superman/32E/pjrross
always good to google something or check comics.org for more info. don't know what the indicia says tho.

No worries. I was only looking for a number 1. Not a 32.threw me way off cause the indica says #1 and the way the title is written as well.

yeah, can make it confusing to find some reprint stuff like that. CPG lists lots of 'retitled/numbered' reprints under the number of the issue it reprints and not what the cover or inside says. maybe they'll cross-reference this one, will help if you can post a pic of the indicia.
