I was curious should I post them in the missing database discussion or submit them under the individual issues missing variant section?

if you know how to submit them, use the missing variant button on the comic's listing, it gets it into the system faster. sometimes that doesn't work for some people, so then you'd post it in the Database and Missing Issues forum.
