not new, been around quite a while. shows when you're not logged in, so if you're normally logged in you wouldn't see it. apparently applies to the cover art and/or story, so some covers may not be adult, but the story is, so it'll show the 'Adult' thumbnail.

Not new. I have over 100 that fit the bill. PM me if you are looking for wild and crazy mature comics. Many even I have never heard of and I have been collecting for over 30 years.
