I have a TPB 'WONDER WOMAN' Vol. 2 GUTS. It is the fifth printing. The cover is exactly the same as the original. My question; Would this book be considered a variant?

the standard answer is no, it's not a variant, it's just a later printing, even if there was a slightly different cover. Like the Killing Joke, that has many different printings with different color titles, and they're just listed as reprints. But PRICES can be very different for them due to the colors and lower number printed, for the completists.

I assume it's this one?: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/wonder-woman/2_trade%20paper%20back/xmrujq .so note that CPG doesn't even list any later printings for it. No real point if all the covers are the same and there's no interior difference (like when some reprints include new material or extra stuff)., and therefore no value difference.
