It's the 13A Top Cow Select cover, and CPG has two 13A's, the 1st one has no pic, but is the same cover as the 2nd one. https://www.comics.org/issue/299482/cover/4/

https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/tomb-raider/21E/uktpkw , no image, is the same as 21D apparently, which both other sites note as the Retailer Incentive cover (Lansang Bikini Variant Edition), so 21E is a duplicate. https://www.comics.org/issue/299490/cover/4/? mycomicshop has the wrong artists named for that cover tho.
