I can only see Marvel comics and there's no option to change it to all publishers. Can someone please help?

I see what you're talking about. In your recent value changes I can see Spawn 1 but when you delve deeper into all your value changes only Marvel appears. I will talk to our developer about this today and try to get this fixed for you.
