I cannot post any cover scans on this forum. I keep trying to post my scans, and I get an error box that reads: 'input string was not in a correct format'. I still have no idea what that means.
The books that are missing from CPG are as follows:

guess no one from CPG ever answered you the last time on this problem, dunno why.
your 'URL' number should be UPC. This is the series: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/action-comics/tmrqc
I'll help this way once, and next time you can post the actual URLs to comics.org for the issues and CPG can grab them from there. takes too much time to go copy/save and attach them at the moment.

The cover scans for issue # 13, both issues, are not the ones I have. My newsstand issue has a $3.99 price next to the #13 and has the UPC box in the lower right corner.
My #13 variant cover has the price, $4.99 next to the # 13, this is the combo-pack issue that was not poly bagged.
The cover scans of the others were good. I can always count on you. Funny thing is, I can post the scans of my covers, but only in my collection.

the pic of #13 I attached at the bottom of my post is the same as the one you're describing as "My newsstand issue has a $3.99 price next to the #13 and has the UPC box in the lower right corner." UPC 07099230410313 matches on the bigger image I found before I reduced it for here. I found no other versions.
I found a pic of the other NS 4.99 version of the combo pack and attached it now.

I just uploaded both covers to comics.org. That is the right variant and the right newsstand. I had no trouble loading my cover scans at the other site. When I have the time i will upload all the Superman books they are missing. A quick glance at what they need and I think I have the books they are missing.
