This is an indie comic. I don't know the policy on creating titles for these kinds of books.

well, the policy is up to CPG on 1-of comics like this. All I could find on it was that the limited edition was all signed, or signed and numbered out of 3500, and CPG doesn't usually list those.

I found a pic on the Vine that's supposedly the regular #1, so attached that. Writer and Artist are Rus Sever. Publisher was Mega Comics, 1995. All the other pics I found were of the limited edition.
So CPG can decide if this is worth listing.
