Couldn't find under Marvel for "Star Trek" or "Marvel Illustrated Books". Also did a general search for "Star Trek" and couldn't find it.

I don't find it either, despite CPG listing a bunch of other Marvel Illustrated books. More info at comics.org: https://www.comics.org/series/82601/
more info from memory-beta.fandom wiki: "This collection was unusual in that it reformatted comic book pages panel-by-panel so that text and images could fit legibly on much smaller paperback-sized pages. This meant that only a few panels were printed per page. However, they were reproduced with much higher quality than in the original comics....reprints 3 Marvel TOS series: Tomorrow or Yesterday" (#7), "... Like a Woman Scorned!" (#11), "Eclipse of Reason" (#12)."
So Casper or Gilgandra has something to do now
