Good morning,
I have a graded 9.8 correctly added to my account but the value for it shows the value at $330.00, which is the amount for a 9.8 raw. Also for the past week or so, the website is VERY slow to load or navigate through.

Whenever this happens you can remove it from your collection and then add it back in. That will reset it. Something went wrong when you added this issue. It's fixed now.
