Yes, same here. There needs to be a better way - as soon as a buyer marks the books as 'Received" they should be able to provide feedback immediately. Same for a seller, as soon as it's marked as "Paid".

And perhaps a "bulk" feature where a buyer/seller can select all the books and provide feedback in one shot.
