On the forum, you've probably seen a few requests for scans that have been switched around. Let me explain what happened.
A few months ago we had issues with our images not showing properly. Obviously, that wasn't acceptable for us. We tried and tried to work with our vendor and they couldn't perform up to our standard. So we made the decision to use them as a backup and our servers as the primary. Because of that the images are consistently up and loading faster. (according to Google Analytics)
While that part is all good for your experience there was an issue. The issue is the scan switch. Typically, it happens on the number 1 issue that has multiple variants. We have an automated fix, IF we know the title. If you see cover scans switched around just let me know the title and issue and I can fix it.
