The Excel report has the grade listed in words, not numerical value. For instance it says "very fine/ near mint" instead of "9.0"
Is there an easy way to change all the grades to their numerical value? Maybe a programing feature?
I'd like to sort the list from best grade to worst grade. To filter out books below or above a certain grade.

Well, until the powers that be chime in, you could use the 'find and replace' feature in Excel and replace the phrases with their numerical values.
