I think this new series should be volume 3. vol 1 was produced in 2007 and volume 2 was in 2011.

The volume listed in the system used to correspond directly with the volume listed by the publisher in the indicia. Sometimes publishers don't update their volumes as they start a new series and the series are simply identified by the year the series started. However, our practice of going with the indicia seems to no longer be followed, or at least not strictly, so I'll let Ron decide what he want to call it

As Pacino mentioned it should match the publisher if they are correct. For this title there was a mini-series and a one-shot, neither of which count as volumes in our system. So it should be volume 1 to match our normal way of counting volumes.
