Hoping for everyone's help with this. Looks to be two non-UPC versions of Wonder Woman#24. One with the Wonder woman shield in the box and the other with DC Comics Aren't Just For Kids!. Is one a second print or prepack variant? Based on a quick sacn of Ebay listings the shield version seems more common

not sure on this one at the time it came out there were a lot of multi packs including toysrus exc. but most had the DC universe in the box for the multi-packs.

was the back cover have a different ad? [if so J.C.penny had a vintage reprint pack as well at the time with a different back cover ad] but not sure the titles in the pack
