Cover Price: 0.00
Currently, ComicPriceGuide.com doesn't contain the run of "Ultimate Spider-man" among the other Komikai-published titles (https://comicspriceguide.com/publishers/komikai). It is also not listed with Marvel as the publisher and I couldn't find any of the individual issues listed as variants in the Ultimate Spider-man (Vol. 1) database. These comics measure 1 1/4" x 1 3/4" and were sold with magnifying glasses, hard plastic cases and little plastic stands.

creators list: https://www.comics.org/series/163499/details/creator_list/ , which anyone can submit too.
comics.org says these are published in Canada, but CPG says Komikai is US, but either way they're not under Canada or All Countries that I saw.. It would be a bit odd to have the X-Men ones and not the Spideys, unless those keychain ones are them.
So Ronbatman can chime in and see if he can figure out what's up.
