Question about Frank Frazetta's Death Dealer #1

As you can see, it has the Certified Authorized seal (like #1G), but no mention of the Phoenix Comicon or limited numbering. #1E doesn't have the seal on the cover (at least represented by CPG). Was the Phoenix Comicon label a plastic bag/covering? Here is the indicia: So any opinion on which copy I have? Thanks for your help.
