They both have the same art, but the artist signature is placed in different locations...

it would be a HUGE help if you said what the comic was 
and both covers will be correct, going by others with sigs in various places. sometimes a store exclusive will have the sig in a different spot, or newsstand vs direct.

The CPG one is the same as Unknown Comics has on their site. I saw 1 like yours on e bay tho, so appears they somehow did two different sig placement versions. best to go to the source (Unknown Comics) and ask them.
