so on this title, the month on the cover would be the one to submit, right? for Glorkar's info, some bi-monthlies have both months on the cover, like Sept/Oct, so you'd use Sept.

We don't have the option to list two months. Since I've been here we added seasons for older books - Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter

We use the cover month as the first option, then the indicia's earliest month. The most important part is that the title is consistent throughout.

if you mean for database info, generally they go by what's on the cover, or by the 1st month listed. in this case I see the cover says Oct, but the indicia says Sept/Oct, so maybe the Ronbatman signal needs to go up to make sure. I'd use Oct since that's on the cover that people will see, not that they care all that much. If you look at #1, it has Oct for the publishing date and on the cover.

and when you get an answer, you can fill in dates and cover prices for all the rest of that series that needs it . I just now did the cover prices for the ones below #21, so you can go verify those for me , and I can do more later or do verifying of any you've added.

Is there a way to list a bi-monthly publishing date?
As an example, I've got Best of DC (Blue Ribbon Digest) #7.
The indicia states it was published Sept./Oct. 1980.
