after looking it up on other sites, my guess is that it's not illustrated enough for CPG to qualify as a graphic novel. the correct title is THE VIETNAM WAR A GRAPHIC HISTORY, not novel, from what I found. Google.books didn't let me see past the 1st 2 pages in their supposed 20 page preview, so I don't know what the inside looks like. But it's been out since 2009 and not listed here by now, and comics.org also doesn't list it (even search by publisher, writer and artist), so unlikely it's a 'standard' comic graphic novel format.
if you can link to some pics of the inside, an admin can tell you if it qualifies not.

I have a screenshot I took of a sample page, but I cannot figure out how to post it successfully. I’ve tried posting the picture, URL, and even attaching it to a post, but it seems to fail every time.
EDIT: Oh, now it works when I construct a post piece by piece, but not as a whole...
Anyways, IMO it looks like it is laid out like a comic, with the text boxes , but I am nowhere near as an expert in comic books...

so are all the pages like those? CPG requires 50% of the content to have pages like that, so if it does, then they might list it. if it is mostly comic book format like that, then curious as to why comics.org doesn't have it, but it may be too unknown and nobody's submitted it to them. Ronbatman can weigh in when he has time, I notified him.

Ronbatman: I do not know how to confirm it to you but the book is 143 pages. It is drawn in black and white
just as the inside pictures show that have been downloaded here and the pictures are on over
125 pages.
