Gregan,
Our system is working perfectly. 99% of the time it's related to the year. Our system uses xx/xxxx instead of xx/xx or to put it a different way, you need to use 4 digits for the year. I'm guessing that you copied your cc date exactly as listed on the card, which is only 2 digits.
Ron

I tried using both of my credit cards to upgrade to a paid subscription and both of them produced an error message that said the credit cards had expired. The cards are definitely not expired (dates in 2022 and 2023) and I double checked all information on both cards and everything was entered properly. You guys should check in on this! I managed to checkout using Paypal though, so I'm good.
