This is a general question pretending to be a specific one. Some comics are REALLY on fire right now (TMNT vol. 1 from Mirage and Albedo 2 in particular being the ones I'm focused on). I've noticed that the values of these and some of the higher-end comics don't get updated all that frequently and values are way below current FMV. I'm wondering if this is a case of "there are too many comics to update vs. people updating them" or if there is a decision to hold off on updating the values of current hot comics until the market stabilizes a bit.
Thoughts?

Good lookin' out. Totally agree. Sup wit that? I've seen a bunch of TMNT Vol.1 here listed as CGC 9.4 value $4. Lol. I say good luck to you sir(or ma'am or other stuff), finding any TMNT for $4. Let alone a 9.4

TMNT 1, 7.5 just sold for $12,500. Albedo 2, 9.8 just sold for close to $29,000...so yea, good luck getting them anywhere close to the values listed here. I get it if there is a goal to hold off until prices stabilize.
I think it would be a great feature to have a "last updated" date listed on the values page.

What we are seeing in the market right now is very similar to the speculative bubble of the 90s. Comic Tom or some other expert says this book is hot and then it explodes in value. A book less than a year old shouldn't be going for $400 because it's a spec or sales have gone up 1500%. We were around for the speculation bubble and the industry suffered because of it.
To the specific topic, I will go through the TMNT books and update them. If you're a paying member you can suggest a value change. R

Any word on updates to TMNT and Abledo? I put in quite a few suggested updates.
