Hi, I got this variant in a pack from Dynamic Forces. I looked on their site, Dynamite, comics.org, Mycomicshop.com etc and cannot find anything on this issue.

It could be Cryptozoic Man (Dynamite Entertainment, 2013 series) #3 [Dynamite Entertainment Limited Edition Variant - Walter Flanagan] but there is no picture for me to verify.

didn't find it anywhere with a pic either, but it's this one on comics.org: https://www.comics.org/issue/1708693/ (Cryptozoic Man #3 Art Board Black and White Variant)
found plenty of the color cover, but not the art board one, so time to maybe get a bit better pic and submit it with the Missing Variant button.
you could try asking dynamic forces or jetpack or Dynamite for info. odd that they all don't list that version though.
