So here's a strange question that I think I know the answer to, but I'm wondering what you would do:
Walmart variants come in three-packs that are shrink-wrapped. Would you remove the shrink-wrap in order to put the variant in a more appropriate storage option or do you think it would retain more value if the shrink-wrap is never removed?

Hi
Personally I would remove from the shrink wrap as this will not be of an archival quality, then place into a Mylar with an acid free board.
Cheers

remove the shrink wrap, bag and board, there is nothing that will increase the value of these other then the variant itself, plus they are better protected bagged/boarded.

I concur, take them out of the shrink wrap, as it will keep shrinking with age and bend the comics and offers nothing value-wise. learned from experience ages ago.
