I don't know what the case is with annuals but I've been going through my collection (some 1,700+) so far and I've tried entering several annuals, each of which has been a colossal headache as I try every possible combination of words from the cover that I can think of. Most of them fail. In fact, I have at least four that I simply could not enter because they weren't in the database.
While adding them to the database is, of course, a request, can CGP add an extra feature to searches such as what year something came out? I feel it would help narrow down searching considerably.

Bastrada, use the volume of the series, ie Amazing Spider-man, look at the year of the Annual, and match it to the year of the series, once you are on that series, there are tabs across the top that show specials, annuals, etc. The annuals themselves don't necessarily show up under a search. Give me an example and ill try to explain a little more

What I found last month (when I entered 6000 comics) was that Annuals are a headache to access if you try to refer to their "annual-ness" when searching.
BUT, if I want to locate "Action Comics Annual #1" I can type "Action Comics" / 1 (in the separate fields in the search) and Action Comics Annual 1 will come back in the results.
If the list that comes back is very long, I will hit ctrl-F (command-F on Macs) to search the webpage (the browser searches the contents that are loaded on the page) and search the word "Annual".
Hope that helps a little.

Just look up the series without the issue number - just the series name. When you go the the page for a series it will have tabs for Annuals, Giant Size, TBPs, any other non-regular issue item Easy Peeze.
You can search the issue title and issue number - annual should be in the list. Might be harder to find. As other CPGer mentioned - you can search the web frame using CNTRL F Hope this helps. KDS
