Hello,
I've been a gold member for years. Every year my membership auto-renews.
I received an email from Paypal saying my pre-approved payment plan was cancelled.
To renew this plan, I should contact CPG.
Can you please help me renew to Gold?
Do you have a multi-year or lifetime discount membership price?

Every 3 years Paypal sends out a "preapproval" notice for the next 3 years. If you don't sign in to Paypal and approve it, Paypal will cancel your gold membership. The preapproval is nearly impossible to find on Paypal so I always suggest that you let it lapse and then renew it here. Glad you got it figured out.
